Usability testing description
The Library's Web Working Group is continually working to improve your website experience. An important part of that is doing usability testing to make sure that our users can easily find the information that they need on our website.
Please fill out our form if you are interested in participating in a usability test.
What is usability testing? Usability testing refers to evaluating a product or service by testing it with representative users. Typically, during a test, participants will try to complete typical tasks while observers watch, listen and takes notes. The goal is to identify any usability problems, collect qualitative and quantitative data and determine the participant's satisfaction with the product. (Usability.gov)
